Due to the experience of the Minds Engineering Center for Training and Consulting in developing training systems in the engineering and administrative sectors, it has, in cooperation with the Amman Chamber of Industry and with the support of the Danish Industries Federation, a study of the mechanism for developing training within industrial facilities To achieve this goal, a factory-trained project has been implemented to provide a number of experts who are able to transfer expertise to their colleagues in all sectors
Among the main objectives of the project are: to enhance capacity among technical staff in a number of selected sectors, to increase awareness and understanding of methodologies that assist in the exchange of knowledge, training and motivation.
The project has gone through a large number of stages, starting with defining the training needs of each company and the mechanism for designing training tools and strategies for transferring experiences and knowledge The project ended by measuring the impact of the training four months after the end of the training.
