JOB MATCHING

The Mind Engineering Center for Training and Consultancy trains and employs in targeted areas / sectors. This goal addresses support for job seekers to ensure successful long-term employment. Substantive outputs include:

- Increase public awareness of labor market conditions.

- Increasing the readiness of job seekers / manpower mobility.

- Continuous public-private support for employment.

- Increase access to the workplace for women and young people.

- Improve women's working environments.

Support marginalized groups and people with special needs.

The project works on all governorates in Jordan during implementation.

The project focuses on a variety of sectors and professions

The project focuses on individuals who have at least completed 10th grade and those who have graduated from high school but have not passed the Tawjihi. Some beneficiaries who did not pass grade 10, especially women in rural areas, may also participate in the program. In addition, the target population will include women over the age of 29 and those seeking to enter / return to the labor market.

To ensure the successful design and implementation of future training and employment projects, JCI intends to support the following activities:

 

Coordinate with vocational training providers to train students and job seekers in different professions so that they are linked to new or improved jobs in the regions;

Support to training providers will include the provision of supplies, equipment and curriculum development;

Coordinating with small and medium-sized businesses in relation to long and short-term training programs;

Coordination with organizations and companies in support of programs and workshops on personal skills training;

Support a limited number of grants provided by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor to replace foreign labor;

Explore programs that allow women to work in public and private institutions;

Conducting awareness-raising training on the concept of public safety and its application in the labor law as the law is not applied at all in most institutions at the governorate level.
