Mind Engineering Center participated in this project as a partner center with the Technical Academy. This project was funded by the USAID, and over a period of six months, the Minds Engineering Center was able to train and recruit more than 100 young people in the banking sector. All those enrolled in the training program organized by the Minds Engineering Center at Al-Alawneh Exchange Company were employed.

Improving workplace environments for women
The project focuses on a variety of sectors and professions such as (construction, mining, manufacturing, transportation, housing and food services (tourism), wholesale and retail trade / repair of motor vehicles, and other service activities.
The target audience for the TEA project during project start-up.
Jordanian and Syrian women and youth, who live in poverty in selected governorates
- Unemployed women and youth between the ages of 15 and 29.
Individuals who have successfully completed, at least, successful tenth grade
- Those who graduated from high school but did not pass the Tawjihi.
